Installation Steps

Prepare the Frame and Screws: Remove the cable management frame and screws from the packaging. Verify that all components are present. Align Positioning Pins: Locate the positioning pins on the cable management frame and align them with the corresponding mounting holes on the chassis or rack.

Mount the Frame: Hang the frame in the mounting holes and slide it up or down as needed to ensure the pins fit securely into the recesses of the holes. Secure with Screws: Use a Phillips screwdriver to tighten all screws, ensuring the frame is firmly attached. If using a torque wrench, tighten to the recommended torque to avoid over-tightening.

Repeat for Additional Frames: If multiple frames are required, install each frame using the same procedure, ensuring consistent alignment and secure attachment.

Additional Tips

Check Stability: After installation, gently pull on the frame to confirm it is securely mounted. Cable Routing: Plan cable paths before installation to avoid congestion and ensure easy access for maintenance. Optional Accessories: Some frames may include additional clips or guides for organizing cables; install these as needed.

Maintenance: Periodically inspect the frame and screws to ensure they remain tight and the frame is not damaged. Following these steps ensures that your Huijue cable management frame is installed safely, securely, and ready for efficient cable organization in your rack or cabinet.
