Vanuatu Distribution Box Model List

Vanuatu distribution boxes include XL-21 low-voltage cabinets, polyester enclosures, and commercial vehicle power distribution boxes, designed for voltages up to 500V and currents up to 800A. XL-21 Low-Voltage Power Distribution CabinetThe XL-21 type is a widely used indoor distribution cabinet suitable for industrial, commercial, and institutional applications in Vanuatu. Key specifications include: Voltage and Current Ratings: Rated main circuit voltage AC 380V, insulation voltage AC 660V, rated current ≤800A, auxiliary circuit voltage AC 220V or AC 380V.

Suitable for single-phase and three-phase systems (IT, TN-C, TT) with frequency 50–60Hz. Construction: Made of bent steel plates and welded angle steel, wall-mounted, single-sided front-opening design. Equipped with air circuit breakers, fuses, contactors, and thermal relays.

Front door can include operation buttons, indicator lights, and display instruments. Environmental Conditions: Operating temperature -5°C to +40°C, altitude ≤2000 meters, relative humidity ≤50% at +40°C (higher humidity allowed at lower temperatures), tilt angle ≤5°, and installation in locations free from severe vibration, impact, and corrosion. Protection and Standards: Complies with IEC 60439-1 and GB7251.

1 standards, with grounding screws on both door and enclosure for safety.

Polyester Distribution Boxes

For environments requiring chemical resistance or explosion protection, polyester enclosures are available: Types: Ex e distribution boxes, Ex i distribution boxes, and empty Ex enclosures. Features: Resistant to mechanical stress, extreme environmental conditions, and limited gland entries to maintain structural stability. Suitable for hazardous areas with proper temperature class and Ex marking compliance.

Commercial Vehicle Distribution Boxes

For mobile or vehicle-based applications in Vanuatu: Construction: IP55-rated housing, UV-resistant polypropylene, vibration-resistant structure. Electrical System: Compatible with 115V / 60Hz systems, ETL-certified for safety. Applications: Used in vans, trailers, and rooftop AC units, ensuring reliable power distribution and protection during travel.

Summary of ModelsXL-21: Indoor, wall-mounted, low-voltage cabinet for industrial and civil use. Polyester Enclosures (BARTEC): Explosion-proof or chemical-resistant distribution boxes for hazardous or outdoor environments. Vehicle Distribution Boxes: IP55-rated, vibration-resistant units for mobile applications.

These distribution boxes in Vanuatu are designed to meet safety, reliability, and maintenance requirements, with flexibility for different load currents, voltages, and environmental conditions. They are suitable for both fixed installations and mobile applications, ensuring compliance with international standards and local operational needs.
