Relay protection device alarm fails to activate

Plug off the USB cable from the protective device and plug it in again. After 10 seconds try again to connect PowerPort-E (or Field Device Installer) to the relay. It is not possible to communicate with. Relay protection systems are designed to detect abnormal conditions in electrical networks, such as short circuits, overloads, or ground faults. This problem is worsened by the growing complexity of protection arrangements, application of protection relays with. Fault tracking means that after the failure of relay protection devices, the anomalies and warning information are obtained through data-mining technology, and then, the fault tracking algorithm is used to find the cause of failure. Used relays (that have been installed or have switched any load current) must be tested for functionality at much higher voltages and currents - typically about 12V, 100 mA (or 500mA). Consult Quality or Product Engineering for advice.
